----------------------------
Over the years, you know that many of us have been talking
about trying to acquire WebDNA. It's finally happened! We
are happy to inform to the talk list members, before anybody
else, that "WebDNA Software Corporation" is the new owner
of WebDNA software!

WebDNA Software Corporation has been incorporated with the
purpose of buying WebDNA, reviving it, and repositioning it on
the market, to strongly compete with the other existing web
dynamic languages, proprietary as well as open source.

We have exciting plans for this product and we will expose
a few of them now.

Our short-term project will be to rebuild WebDNA 6.0a, fix
bugs, and prepare new versions for some of the latest
platforms, web servers and OS's, particularly for intel OSX
and Apache 2.2 systems.

We will change the licensing system and offer fewer versions
which will include all the features of the existing product,
and more.

We will take WebDNA to a more competitive realm in regards
to development resources, and standardized philosophies. This
will be in the form of training materials, API's, external libraries, and other things that will be discussed down the road.

We plan to deliver our flagship product first quarter of 2009.
This version of WebDNA will be modified and marketed to
be a popular and successful download. More on that later.

We will grow the WebDNA community and offer incentives to
loyal customers. We need participation in many areas, such
as widgets for download, success stories, tips and tricks,
Wikipedia entries, manual writings, and more to feed our new
website and increase our internet presence. Talk to us about
what you may offer, or ask us how you can help. We will
generously reward your work!

Expect a refreshing philosophy with WebDNA Software
Corporation when it comes to customer input and support.

We now want you to know that we would like *you* to be a
part of this new beginning for WebDNA. A limited number of
company shares have been set aside with the idea of offering
them to the existing developers, consultors, host providers,
and other interested WebDNA'ers. We have several attractive
investor incentives that are worth a simple inquiry from you,
if you think you may be curious or interested. These are serious
incentives!  So please, by all means, contact us for further
information on an investor packet.

Happy WebDNA future!
