texte = Hi all! We are busily working on WebCatalog2 and I have a question for you.Currently WebCatalog1.6.1 is very good at ignoring [xxx] tags it doesn't understand, for instance in web pages that have a line of links like[ link1 | link2 | link3 ]You can imagine that when WebCatalog sees this, it assumes there is a WebCatalog variable in there somewhere because of the leading [.WebCatalog2 has a harder time with this because it can open databases with absolutely any fieldnames, and it has a lot more commands that can show up inside [xxx]. Do you mind if it ignores brackets with a space after them, as in [ hello ]?To summarize, WebCatalog2 will show [ hello ] as [ hello ], but [hello] as Error: unknown variable 'hello'Our goal is to be able to have WebCatalog2 serve every single page from your site as a plugin that automatically caches all .html pages. It is definitely fast enough, especially considering that it now caches templates. There are plenty of reasons to want it to serve your pages, including superb password-protection that goes beyond realms, and dynamic stuff like dates, times, server-side includes, etc. Thanks for your feedback.Grant Hulbert, V.P.
