I'm using them to enter comments, special requests and shipping addresses. I can't lose any of this data.2. When formatting the textA, textB etc fields in an email template its not possible to define the number of characters the field should occupy, as you can with say quantity or quantityprice. Why is this? I solved by using an additional line as follows. Any better solution. Qty Description Price ----- -------------------------------------------------- ---------- [lineItems] [quantity 3] [textA] [textD] [textE] $[quantityprice 7] [/lineItems] tax: $[taxTotal 7] shipping: $[shippingTotal 7] your credit card will be charged: $[grandTotal 7]3. Also, on a sample order I did grandTotal was one cent less than the sums of the items, shipping and tax. I think this is due to taxTotal rounding to the nearest cent (in the sample it rounded up) and grandTotal just ignoring any fractions of a cent (i.e. always rounding down). This problem seems trivial at first however a/ it doesn't look good to the client and b/ it could be a real headache to people entering the orders. Can you pls confirm the problem and offer a fix?4. Finally, not a problem with WebMerchant directly but a setup problem - how to allow the store employees to pick up orders by email over the net while ensuring complete security. Is there an email program I can use instead of Eudora Lite which will encrypt mail. Another possible solution is for the store employees to log into the ssl server and pickup the orders via the web - but I have no idea how that could be achieved.
