The Web servers we host here at Pacific Coast Software often run many different CGI's. So I wanted something that could check multiple URLs on one machine at a fairly high frequency (every few minutes). Also, some of the machines take a long time to restart. Yes, I know there are products that do this very well, and I've been using them. BUTT (the big but with two ts), the product has to be smart enough to ignore the fact that the server is down while it is restarting. That is, after the server has been restarted, don't restart it again until a succesful URL verification on the machine has occured. This lets me check all the URLs I want on each machine, as often as I'd like, with confidence.Anyway, here is the application that does all this - free to download. Let me know what you think. Oh yea, it's called SiteMonitor.http://www.smithmicro.com/St_Pages/Product_Dist/SiteMCust.htmlJohn.John A. Hill, V.P.
