In my experience with using WebDNA totalk to PayPal (using a regular form, not a tcpsend as you guys have been= discussing), you can send it any of your ownvariables, and it will simply echo it back to you. Pretty sure they even =tell you to do this if you have info that needsto ride along. Unless "template" conflicts with something on their end, i=t shouldn't be an issue.
