Make sure the httpd.conf file has the include for the webdna.conf file at the end of it. Check inside the webdna.conf for your mapped suffixes. Are some suffixes working and some not? As noted, WebDNA does not automatically assume that you want to map .html and .htm suffixes to WebDNA. You have to edit the webdna.conf file if you want those suffixes mapped.
