texte = HI, I am trying to get webcat to run on a windows 2003 webserver and have encountered a problem. I cannot get beyond the password security. I get the "NOT AUTHORIZED!" message generated by webcat when I access pages like: http://127.0.0.1/scripts/webcatengine/admin/index.tpl This returns: NOT AUTHORIZED! suggestions?
