For now, we will probably stay with 6.2 and install the libmysqlclient.so.15. Thanks for the info and glad I asked. I had several issues back when we upgraded to Ubuntu 8.04 and am trying to minimize finding anything we currently run on Ubuntu 8.04 not working after upgrading to 10.4.Will the official release of 7.0 have an installer for Ubuntu 10.4? When are you anticipating the release?
The idea with the FastCGI is to have no installer. We want to support all platforms, and the installation will be easy: just uploading a folder, chmod the FastCGI and add few lines in the httpd.confAbout the release date, we are waiting for a late investor, hopefully in February.- chris

This means the backup server, the development server will not need any serial number, at all. For now, we will probably stay with 6.2 and install the libmysqlclient.so.15. Thanks for the info and glad I asked. I had several issues back when we upgraded to Ubuntu 8.04 and am trying to minimize finding anything we currently run on Ubuntu 8.04 not working after upgrading to 10.4.Will the official release of 7.0 have an installer for Ubuntu 10.4? When are you anticipating the release?
The idea with the FastCGI is to have no installer. We want to support all platforms, and the installation will be easy: just uploading a folder, chmod the FastCGI and add few lines in the httpd.confAbout the release date, we are waiting for a late investor, hopefully in February.- chris
