Do you have both apps running there? If so, note the process ID of WebDNAMonitor... does it match the ID of: /Library/WebServer/CGI-Executables/WebCatalogEngine/WebCatalog.pid ? WebDNA may have been stopped incorrectly is what I'm getting at... just a hunch.
