There are 16,000 agents in the agents group, and I removed all other groups except for one called 'whatever'. I put [protect whatever] at the top of the template, then I tried to open the template with an agent user and pass and it worked. It didn't work just once, it worked every time. There's no cross-groups in the database, that's for sure.Also, I think the way the users.db is supposed to work is that each user can have multiple group names in the 'groups' field ... so there should never be mor than one record per user.Sincerely, Ken
