It exists and permissions are correct.

Chris emailed me privately and pointed to a URL that
reminded me of a dependency problem I experienced the last
time I setup Lighttpd and WebDNA:

There are at least two dependencies not installed by default
on Debian or Ubuntu (I'm not sure which but probably both)
but there are no error message that will identify them.

Fortunately I had an old file on my local computer that named
these missing dependencies, so I installed them then
restarted lighttpd, and now everything is working fine.
