(but don't quote me.. one never = knows ;-) if you have to go PHP, I would use Code Igniter which lays = a solid foundation, but is lean and hackable.. and leaves you with = plenty of elbow room so you can efficiently get in and create just what = you need. Not as fast as a Joomla/WP/Drupal install, no doubt, but = again, I like be up my neck in the code myself. @Terry Wilson, we live in a studio! .. and me all day sitting here on = this computer ;-) It works pretty well.. unless my wife gets on the = phone. She is Russian Jewish and they literally yell at each other just = over idle chat.. let alone any emotional content. I think 15% of the = square footage in this one room is devoted to our 22 house plants. :-) = That is my doing... I would live in the forest if we could afford to = schlepp our parents to come with us. @Donovan, reminded me - just as I was translating a few key templates in = the CMS for the current main client to be responsive, their point person = told me they actually specifically *don't* want the pages to be "mobile = friendly" (they prefer the bird's eye view and zooming, while on = mobile). I asked several other people since then, and I now gather that = sentiment is more popular than all the frenzy to 'keep up' would have us = believe. And thanks @D for the refreshing post :-) Everyone please get some sun = and air and spring. We spent all last sunday in central park (NYC).. = ahhhh my goodness did that feel good. Wife and her friend just left. Before I hunker back down into code, I = think I'll sneak out and buy my favorite local pastry and save it for = dinner...
