My StandardConversion.db does a fine job of converting th= e line endings into <br>, which I want.

But on a word like "Charly's" I get&= nbsp;Charl= y=EF=BF=BDs

and Chlo=C3=AB Boulez becomes Chlo=EF=BF=BD Boulez

Where would I find special ch= aracter code to place into the conversions.db.
Would that solve what I'm trying to a= chieve here?
