One specific case I'm referring to here is the WebCatalog Prefs file.That's a database file (even though it doesn't have a .db suffix), but from what I can tell, that file *never* gets it's file creator changed by WebCat2.I'm convinced that the WebCatalog Prefs file is a special case, because it's almost always open when WebCat2 is running. Either that or its always closed and it is opened on a case by case basis each time WebCat needs to refer to it for something.There's another unique thing about this file too, and that's the fact that you can make manual changes to this file without having to worry about closing it first - or at least that's how it seems to work for me.
