We are running WebCatalog with 8000k, but have had it as high as 15000k with no change in the problem. We are serving a site with about 10,000 records of 7 fields. When the crash happens, it is when the user is directed to the SSL server to fill in credit card info. Sometimes it happens immediately; other times after serving one or two pages. The ErrorLog.db has no entries related to the crash. The url of the site is http://www.bopshop.com/We are able to relaunch WebCatalog either when it is called again or when Keep It Up relaunches it. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot would be appreciated. We need to use the acgi because of the two servers. As an aside...is there a way to use the plug-ins with the two servers and using WebDNA talk to the other server? In our case, because the inventory is made up of one-of-a-kind items, they need to be removed from the database when the order is placed. Could we pass variables from W* to W*/SSL, capture an order database in W*/SSL, and then serve a thank you page at the end of the transaction from W* which would delete the items? The only thing I could see as a difficulty would be if the plug-in in W*/SSL wrote to the common database, which we could keep it from doing, I think? Then at relaunch, it would have the correct database.TIAEd Trefzger Vice President and Webmaster Yellow Dog Communications, Inc. phone 716.235.4685 fax 716.235.0509 Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
