Multiple 'Users.db' files not possible

numero = 15656
interpreted = N
texte = Every time I use the string Users.db in a search, WebCat ignoresthe path to that particular Users.db file. Instead, WebCat *always*opens the Users.db that's in my WebCatalog folder.This suggests that there's only one Users.db allowed on a WebCatsite, and that Users.db is always going to be the one located in themain WebCatalog folder.In my testing, it made no difference whether I used a relative path,or an absolute path, or if I made up a completely bogus path. As longas I was referring to Users.db, the results were exactly the sameevery time ... WebCat finds the Users.db located in the WebCatalogfolder, instead of the one I'm specifying with a different path name.I have tested this feature *ONLY* in context-based searches, I havenot tested other situations yet ... but I expect similar results.Of course, I would like WebCat to open a different Users.db when Iask it to -- one that's located in a client's web site folder, forexample, so I can test his/her site without making a bunch of changesto my own folder hierarchy every time I switch from one client'sproject to another. But that's apparently not possible ... :(If my guess is correct about the way this WebCat feature works, thenwe don't have to worry about telling WebCat where the Users.db islocated ... because to WebCatalog, there is only one Users.db, and italready knows where to find it ... :)Sincerely,Ken Gromeken@iav.com808-737-6499WebDNA Solutionshttp://www.hui.net/
