Afterall, he's the main WebCatalog software engineer -- and a greatsupport person too -- but how can WE hope to see additions andimprovements when HE is spending all his time answering long lists ofquestions?Sometimes a person has to draw the line when it comes to this kind ofdemand for information.Jean-Pierre, I can understand your reasons for wanting to get a wholebunch of answers to questions before spending the money forWebCatalog, but:1 - As Pat pointed out, there's a demo available, and that means youhave every reason to try before you buy.2 - $2500 is CHEAP when you look at what WebCat can do compared withthe $10,000 and $20,000 packages out there. No, WebCat doesn't helpyou write your web pages, that's a ridiculous thing for an ecommercepackage to do. But it *blazes* when dealing with the stuff it'sdesigned to do, and that's to serve Web databases and offer powerfuland flexible eCommerce capabilities. Furthermore ...3 - This talk list is far more valuable than the price of thesoftware! Anyone who buys WebCatalog would be a complete fool NOT tobe on this list - it's the one thing that you will really come tolove when you get serious about using WebCatalog ... besides thesoftware itself, of course ... :)Sincerely,Ken Gromeken@iav.com808-737-6499WebDNA Solutionshttp://webdna.net/
