PC Magazine has one of the largest computer readers in the USA. Maybe your overprotective attitude is the reason WebCatalog was not listed among the fifteen other Catalog builders reviewed in PC Magazine.<<$2500 is CHEAP when you look at what WebCat can do compared with the $10,000 and $20,000 packages out there.>> KenI guess if you want to compare your product to a $10k-$25k product, there's no harm, but I find it even more curious that PC Magazine picked one of the cheapest packages as their Editor's Choice Viaweb Store 3.0 costs $100 per month and they also picked iCat Electronic Commerce Suite a $10k package, the ten other contenders were priced very close to WebCatalog.Ken wrote to me earlier with some of the questions answered from the list, he wrote <> KenBy not answering all the questions it seemed there would be a high possibility that he was not completely knowledgeable about WebCatalog and while I appreciate his attempt, it fell short of my expectations to get a complete comparison to what was covered in PC Magazine. I like WebCatalog but I still like to do my home work before I buy any software package. I have been an early adopter and beta site developer for numerous companies and have found many inconsistencies with products and sales people which happens all the time, and I'm certainly not willing to jump into any expense no matter how cheap $3,000 sounds. If WebCatalog is everything it claims to be then I'll probably buy it, but as a buyer I have every right to ask questions! Even if they are as difficult as YES or NO response.<> KenI'm sorry to have put you on the defensive, I'm simply trying to make some quick decisions before Dec. 31st However, if this is not possible then I can see it's very evident that this talk list is just that Talk!
