We used to work with EIMS 1.2 on the same Macintosh as the WebTen Webserver with WebCat/Emailer. At that time we often got timeout errors with the Emailer application.Advice was to point to another mailserver. So we installed a fast Dual Pentium-II Win NT Server with Post.Office as mailserver. It functions really fast, but the Emailer application (which now points to this mailserver) still shows errormessages/timeouts now and then. We cannot afford to miss sales-responses by a misconfigured (?) of not properly functioning Emailer application. How could we solve this problem.
