On our server I have one vhost that is not accessible to others, and that is where I have an alias of WebCatalog. We have not had any problems with WebCatalog getting to the users.db, conversion.db or any of them located in the WebCatalog folder. Also we do run the plug-in version on our server. >Britt T. changed the universe: > >> Yes aliases work with webten, but you need also to put an alias of your >> webcatalog folder in the vhosts you want it accessible from (at least one), >> and that should take care of your problem. > >How do you deal with the ftp-problem to avoid users going into your >WebCatalog folder via the alias?
