Does webcatalog recognise NULL values?
This WebDNA talk-list message is from 1998
It keeps the original formatting.
numero = 18439
interpreted = N
texte = Please help. I'm currently using Webcatalog NT Version 2.1.I need to use the [showif] command to show some code, based on theargument of whether it has a value or not. Now this is not as straight forward as it sounds, because the cell canpotentially contain data in the format of text or number.I've tried using all sorts of commands, but doesn't seem to work becausesome cells have numbers in and others have text in.What I need to do is to find out if webcatalog can test whether or notthe cell has a NULL value.Help will be much appreciatedRichard Zammit, E-Commerce Developer,--------------------------------------------------------------Internet UK Services LTD, Port Hamble Marina,Hamble, Hampshire, UK, SO31 4QDt: + 44 (0) 1703 452409 x 201f: + 44 (0) 1703 458409--------------------------------------------------------------richardz@inter.net.uk, www.inter.net.uk
