texte = When I type < as the FIRST character in a form field, either as the ONLY character in that field or as the first of a string of characters, WebCat thinks there's nothing in that field, no matter how many additional characters I type into that field -- EXCEPT when the character immediately following the < is a space, in which case it behaves badly in a different way ...I'm using [showif]'s to determine whether or not something has been entered into that field, and the [showif]'s NEVER seem to work when the FIRST character in that field is a < character -- EVEN WHEN [formvariables] CLEARLY DISPLAYS THE VALUE I ENTERED.What's going on here? Is this a bug? Here's my testing results for 5 different entries into that field: Value entered=< Formvariables displays the entered value Showif thinks NOTHING was entered, so it DOESN'T WORKValue entered=
