I'd use[ShowIf [FileInfo localimagefolder/[sku].gif][Exists][/FileInfo]=T] [/ShowIf]instead, because it just looks for the one file.To really speed things up, I'd do a daily 'report' of all the files that exist in that folder, and set the HasPhoto field to T for each one that exists.
