To clear up the problem initially, you must reboot. After that, we need to figure out what's causing it to quit unexpectedly. We have never been able to duplicate the problem here, so we have spent weeks examining the code by hand to try to find possible problem spots, and we have been sending out new versions to people who can identify a specific cause. The question is not when will PCS start work on this, but rather when will we stop.
