Any way to retrieve information from clipboard?

texte = Everybody uses windows, and it is simple to retrieve clipboard information by pressing Ctrl+V, or click paste icon. Wonder in webcat, is there a way to retrieve the clipboard information and put into your tpl file? This should be a common feature. Any ideas? Thanks!
