No matter what, i have never worked with a product that had a support mailingslist as effective as the this webcat mailing list!More than that, even pacific coast has ppl reading and replying to questions on th emailinglist anytime its needed.I think you forget on ething though, and that is how expensive it should be, if we should be able to get phone support.The price of webcat is ok!
