texte = Hi AllWe have been using WebCatalog since the very early days and it is still ourpreferred solution for developing database driven and transactionalwebsites.Since 1997 we have been building a database of on-line shopping sites. Thesite uses webcat and has several different interfaces:http://www.shopsonthenet.com (interface is looking a little tired but willbe revamped soon)http://www.imrg.sotn.com (the IMRG are now collaborating to reveiw andupdate all entries)Also at:http://www.maxim-magazine.co.ukhttp://www.stuffmagazine.co.ukThe interface of the main site is getting a little tired now and we will beupdating it shortly. However, more important is the quality of the contentof this database and to this end we are collaborating with the IMRG(www.imrg.org) to build the size and quality of the data.As well as reviewing and rating sites we are trying to get as much info aspossible about the software and commerce solutions behind these sites. Youcan see the results of this by visiting the 'Research' page of theNetCommerce website (www.netcommerce.co.uk). We are very keen to see WebCatwell represented within this database and would like to encourage anyone whomanages a site developed with webcat to to add it to the database(http://www.sotn.com).Of course, any other feedback will also be very welcome.--Jeremy Pocock | Buy It On-Line in 99!NetCommerce Ltd | http://www.ShopsOnTheNet.com----------------------------------------------------------------------jpocock@NetCommerce.co.uk | Europe's Premier On-Line RetailerDirect Line: +44 (0)1703 450401 | http://www.ShopsDirect.com----------------------------------------------------------------------Tel: +44 (0)1703 450400 | Try the Turing Test at:Fax: +44 (0)1703 450451 | http://www.Jabberwacky.com----------------------------------------------------------------------
