Personally I would hope that SM tech support people, if reading a question they cant answer, would run off and ask someone or forward it to someone that could. But that is just me :)I don't think the actual programmers really have the time to answer directly all newbie questions, I personally would love to see a) current bugs/problems fixed in WC 3.x and b) work/beta on WebCat 4 at some point in time :) If that means I can only ask questions to SM support staff and wait an extra DAY OR TWO (any longer is pointless), for a programmer to answer something they can not, then that would be fine... As it is, questions are not answered (except by the experts on the list) fully, and little seems to be happening otherwise...Just my thoughts :)J.
