texte = Reply to: Re: authorizenet/webmerchant I have had the same errors with Cybercash, and will no doubt continue to have them whenever their servers go down. The solution I found to prevent customers from coming back to place duplicate orders even though the first one eventually gets authorized is to modify the declined email template. I have written a showif context into the template that will only send a declined email if the Status of an order = failure-bad-money. Any other statement sent back from Cybercash usually involves server errors and has nothing to do with the customers credit, in which case the email won't be sent. Hope this helps.
