The solution I found to preventcustomers from coming back to place duplicate orders even though the firstone eventually gets authorized is to modify the declined email template.I have written a showif context into the template that will only send adeclined email if the Status of an order = failure-bad-money. Any otherstatement sent back from Cybercash usually involves server errors and hasnothing to do with the customers credit, in which case the email won't besent. Hope this helps.Charles Kline wrote:>I was using AuthorizeNet for a while and I remember seeing this error >before.
