It keeps the original formatting.
numero = 28494
interpreted = N
texte = I have a couple long appends/replaces too. But soft wrap in BBedit only wraps when it finds a space and so after the [append there is NO spaces, so soft wrapping does not help. I just select that context and replace all &'s with carriage returns until I am done coding it, then I replace the carriage returns back with &'s when I am done.But while we're on the subject, does anyone know how to set BBedit to allow more chars to be viewed in a line passed the default? I.e. after a certain number of chars, you *cannot* see your text without hard wrapping; there is a limit to how far I can scroll to the right.
