texte = Help,I suspect that WebCatalog may be mangling by databases by inserting web server log file lines into them. One of our larger clients noticed that her data from Bannersleuth seemed off. I opened the databases to surprisely discover that 30 minutes worth of log file lines from Webstar were written to this ad tracking database. I can't explain it, but I can't blame it on Webstar either! We had a very similar problem on an NT box running Webcatalog under O'Reilly's Website Pro. A few log lines from the webserver were written into the top lines of a large database. The only common software here was Webcatalog. The log file lines had nothing to do with the sites that were associated with the databases.Does anyone know what might cause this? Is there a serious flaw in Webcatalog that allows it to capture log file lines from a webserver and write it to a database randomly? I can't live with this. Thanks, Paul _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/|\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ _/_/_/Paul Uttermohlen, Interactive Ink, Inc._\_\_ \_\_\_\_ _/_/_/ mailto:paul@ims1.com - Website Development \_\_\_\_ _/_/_/ Business - _\_\_\_\_\_\_ _/_/_/ Real Estate - _\_\_\_\_ _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/ | \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
