So go ahead and add your mappingsto the registry here:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W3SVC\Parameters\ScriptMap\Just add a new string value for each extension you wish to map.The name should be the extension (including the '.' i.e. '.dna' )The value should be the path to the $webcat.dll.You should see an existing setting for .tpl, so just follow that example. You will need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect. Onceyou know that the mappings are working, it would be a good idea to removethose registry entries. It seems that PWS/IIS4 will add those registryentries into the metabase every time PWS/IIS4 is restarted. So, it wouldnot take long for the metabase to be cluttered with several duplicatemappings.-----Original Message-----From: WebCatalog Talk [mailto:WebDNA-Talk@talk.smithmicro.com]OnBehalf Of Jimmi KristensenSent: Monday, June 26, 2000 1:21 AMTo: WebCatalog TalkSubject: WebCat mappings..How do i get webcat to process all .dna files, and not just .tpl files, onwin98se and PWS with webcat 3.0.8???I know it is in the registery database, but where????---------------------- Jimmi Kristensen WebDNA Developer Jimmi@Euroteam.com +45 70206300 DK Euroteam Intl. http://Euroteam.com-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list
