Anyone running WebMerchant 4.0?

texte = Is anyone using the template files for WebMerchant that was included with WebCat? I have tried to use them, but nothing ever seems to get processed. I ended up having to copy over both the cybercash.inc and dopurchases.inc files from version 3. Of course, those templates are encrypted, but they do work, and the credit cards do get processed. Unfortunately, the only item that does not seem to work is the refund capability. But, this item did not seem to work when I was running WebMerchant unber WebCat 3, either. I have tried to troubleshoot the WM 4.0 templates, but that is proving to be a difficult task, as I keep having to jump between templates. At this point, I have determined that somewhere the cart number being refunded gets dropped, and WebCat generates a new cart file, causing CyberCash to not know what WebCat is talking about.Here is a snippet of what is returned (notice that the cart number changes):Processing file 31711978312578 with CyberCash status: failure-hard authnum: [auth-code] response: void: cannot find successful transaction to be voided: working on order ID '31711978902747': Database error #: 0: Most likely: Record not found batchnum: refnum: [ref-code] sequencenum: itemnum: address_response: [avs-code] Has anyone else experienced these problems? I remember one person mentioned it, but no one other than myself seconded it.
