texte = Hello,I've got a seemingly perfect installation of OSX Client running. Just rebuilt the whole thing. All apache modules are running smoothly except for webcatalogs ... Php, web_dav, etc run fine..When I try and start apache, I get the following error.------------------------------------------------- Syntax error on line 223 of /etc/httpd/httpd.conf: API module structure `webcatalog2_module' in file /Library/WebServer/CGI-Executables/WebCatalogEngine/mod_webcatalog2.so is garbled - perhaps this is not an Apache module DSO? /usr/sbin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started -------------------------------------------------The operative word being garbled here.Doing some research on the net with this particular apache error suggests that I need to recompile the particular module generating the error. I obviosly can't do that in this case. The only other solution being suggested to get apache running is to comment out the lines in the 'httpd.conf' file that are generating the errors. This of course is no solution at all if I want to be able to use WebCatalog.Which I do :)Has anyone run across this same situation before? What on earth do I do next? I could really use some helpful advice. I've been in this situation for a week now at least. My Environment: ================= G4 350 Sawtooth running OSX 10.0.4 Apache 1.3.20, WebCatalog 4.0.2rc2 832 megs of RAM 20 Gig Hard DriveApache was compile with this configuration: ./configure --with-layout=Darwin --server-uid=www \ --server-gid=www --enable-module=most --enable-shared=maxWebCatalog has been install both as the package, then again using the installer.zsh file ... I have verified that the webCat files are in their expected locations after installation. I can also verify that the webcat server process is running.Thanks!-Russ Jones ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
