Duplicate order authorization attempts

The result is either an already been processed error or a missing required data error. In either case, the order file ends up in the Problems folder - though for orders that previously succeeded the original order file is in the CompletedOrders folder. For those that failed previously, the file in the Problems folder has the original process date as the date created, and the latest failure date as the date modified. For the life of me, I can find no code anywhere that moves order files from the Problems folder back to the Orders folder, nor any code that creates order files in the Orders folder. Additionally, there is no order submitted email being generated, so these bad order files are not being submitted through normal means.I've been fighting this for a while now and am not making progress. Has anyone out there experienced similar problems? Any ideas on things to look for? Thanks, Brian -- <= Brian C.
