I can also benefit from a much larger, open-source community that has incredibly detailed documentation.While WebCat has been good for my business in many ways over the years, its bugs and undocumented features (sarcasm intended) have cost my business thousands of dollars in lost sales from downtime. Also, this product has not significantly grown or had adequate development (or documentation) time allocated to it for many years.
