The duplicate transaction error you hadbeen receiving indicates that communication with the gateway could notbe established. It did NOT, in this case, indicate that duplicatetransactions were being submitted. You will need to resubmit thesetransactions. These issues were resolved immediately in order to reestablish a normaltransaction environment.The following resolutions are currently in place:1. The system has been modified to allow you to log in using yourcurrent password. 2. In an effort to address the duplicate transaction error, we havetemporarily suspended your ability to view, access, and modifytransaction information for currently unsettled transactions andpreviously settled transactions in the new Merchant Interface. Thisincludes the ability to void transactions. For users on the new Merchant Interface-even though you are temporarilyunable to view transactions, they will still be stored and processed asusual. Only your ability to view the transactions has been limited.(Note: Transactions that received the duplicate transaction error willneed to be resubmitted.)This temporary solution will allow you to successfully submittransactions. You should now be able to process transactions normally.
