texte = I've reported a 'problem' to SMSI that causes the server to do this. It is to do with to many requests for an intensive search page - even if the code has no problems to many requests can cause the server to get caught in the loop you describe. I attached the developer thread monitor to WebDNA when it was caught in such a loop and there were +50 threads running - and nothing getting returned ......Try putting a limit on the number of threads the engine can spawn - this is in the preference page. Setting a number to 10 should easily cover a decent sized load. The kernel panic doesn't sound like a WebDNA problem though .. Perhaps a problem with hard drives ??
