That all works fine and on my daily backups of this database I can see that the data is being recorded properly. Also, when viewing the profile pages the counter increments properly as well. However, when WebCat crashes (at least weekly), this one database gets reset to strange values. Some profile counters get reset to 0, others may go from 20,000 to 4367 or similar. The permissions on the database appear to be valid as it wouldn't otherwise show that the database has been saved (the last mod time/date is always updated). For example, a profile that in yesterday's back up show 727 accesses, today only shows 23. When in fact it should be in the thousands. This problem did not start until after I moved from a Mac OS 9.x machine to the Linux box. Permissions and ownership for all databases for this site are set identically. I do have autocommit turned on.Here is the code used to increment the database:[math show=f]count=[LOOKUP db=/databases/profileCount.db&value=[record_id] &lookInField=record_id&returnField=page_counter¬Found=0][/math][showif [count]>1] [Replace db=/databases/profileCount.db&eqRecord_idDatarq=[record_id]&append= t]&page_counter=[math][LOOKUP db=/databases/profileCount.db&value=[record_id]&lookInField=record_id&returnField= page_counter]+1[/math][/Replace] [/showif] ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
