texte = We have an old site that has used a storebuilder setup for years with Zero issue. Now it seems that no orders are being completed and subsequently reported. Worse yet I believe, though I can't prove yet that the carts that never get picked up are being deleted from the shoppingcarts folder and are subsequently lost. Since I don't know storebuilder stuff much (this was a subcontract thing) and yet the client is not justifiably in my innards I thought maybe someone could help or point to similar issues with SB just seeming to dye when it comes to processing orders. All I have been able to find is that ups has stopped which I found in the archives and since changed GNDCOM to GND but that shouldn't stop the orders from being processed.I have also checked the triggers for processing to see that they are working. They are.As another clue all the archived orders are no longer showing in the admin. This is what I get for letting it get done in Sb in the first place!Any ideas where to start?Alex Alex J McCombie New World Media Chief Information Officer Drawer 607 800/724.8973 Fair Haven, NY 13064 Alex@NewWorldMedia.com http://OurClients.comInterface Designer WebDNA Programmer Database Designer------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list . We have an old site that has used a storebuilder setup for years with Zero issue. Now it seems that no orders are being completed and subsequently reported.
