Perhaps I am missing something, but in the gmtdate.inc file there is a showif context with the comparison of [GMTexpires]>86400 (and two other uses of GMTexpires), but I cannot find anything within the code where GMTexpires is set. The problem I am running into is that after including the file, the Expires header is the same as Last-Modified and Date, which was the original problem. Plus, Connection: Close appears twice in the headers.
