If it were me, I'd first find out what the lookup (assumming it is in the formulas.db) is returning if anything.. but that is still an assessment without really knowing what all else is going on. (you can do this by setting a text var and then retrieving it later in the page) Maybe Andrew could post his code? I like the formulas database, but I remember I had trouble with it when I first started using it so I understand the frustration.
