texte = I want to change the URLs of my site to be more SE friendly (listing.html?listing_ID=12343455667878 becomes /listings/12343455667878/ or whatever). Any opinions as to which solution is better, or more appropriate to my situation? I am on a shared server and have to have my admin implement either... my assumption is that mod-rewrite is more work on his part... and allowing me to run [code] on my error page would be pretty useful in general... but frankly I don't understand the mechanics of either approach at this point.
