Yes, don't use your ISP's SMTP server. IIS comes with a workable SMTP engine. You are probably even running it now and you don't realize it. Make sure the SMTP service is running on the localhost (127.0.0.1) interface only (so that _you_ are not an open relay), and then put that IP address in the WebCatalog Prefs file...
