I've also noticed quicker indexing. Don't know if this is true but it seems that way to me. Steve's findings are interesting. Not that they advertise it, but it is apparent to me that domain name words and directory words get a better ranking than HREF and body text words in whatever algorithim google uses. Catching the 404 page is not new... Alain showed me this a while back as a way to index ones catalogued products. It is interesting what people come up with but it will also be interesting to find out how long these hacks work. The catching the error page has worked for a long time. I ran across: www.tinyurl.com which uses this method it seems. Donovan -- =o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o DONOVAN D.
