Suffix Slowdown?

texte = Good Morning, I'm running 5.1 (soon to be 6) on Mac OSX 10.3... I have a new hosting client that would like to transfer his site to ours. The problem is that he uses WebDNA in every page but his suffixes are all .tmpl or.html If I go ahead and process the .html suffix for WebDNA will the rest of my hosting clients that don't use WebDNA, suffer in performance due to having to be checked out by the WebDNA compiler before being served? My terminology may not be correct but I hope you get the point of my question. Thanks!
