It's Friday afternoon and it's raining outside and it looks like the night is going to be a long one as I try to debug this problem with a WebDNA store and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. We have a store that goes live tomorrow for a little community celebration. https://www.securetricities.com/WebCatalog/StoreBuilder/funfest/ default.tpl - Here's our main problem. - Customers can place an order, but the order disappears and never touches the database. - An email is sent to the buyer, but nothing else goes out from there...no notification and nothing in the WebMerchant Order database. Can someone tell me a place to begin looking? I've started to dismantle the pages and following all the includes, but I'm stuck and would appreciate any suggestion. This goes live at 9am in the morning and right now, orders disappear, Thanks.
