texte = Dan Fairly simple to build your own using Jay's description. I had Jay create a template for me a while back and since then have worked out how to do it myself. Basically the PDF 'Template' captures the data that you send it and spits out a PDF instead of an HTML doc. I have pushed my system so that users can view it on screen, have it faxed to them or sent as email.
