Of course, the real site that this form emulates (which is several years old, BTW) has all the pages in WebCat, including the initial checkout form, which is like the first form in the first example. This customer has just recently been getting a lot more orders from Mac users. She always calls the customers when that info is available. When the form fails on her site, an error page is returned to the customer where they can re-enter their information. However, the cart info is always lost. It seems that when they enter their info from the error page, that the form is small enough to allow their info to be posted. Several of her customers that she has called recently stated that they are new mac users, and switched to avoid viruses and spyware. Why they then stick with Microsoft is anyone's guess. As such, she sees a trend, and is getting on my case to get the problem fixed.
