Ron, Well, thats a bit more info... P3P could be involved if there is the taking of personal (and other) information... Also, if you look in the archives, I've had issues with appropriate use of MimeHeaders for the post method in IE (since some of the past versions of IE have adhered more strictly to the "standards" than most browsers).
